We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRBP Section Manager to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement. Key responsibilities include revising and analyzing frameworks for people services & development, implementing and reviewing HR processes, and mentoring/coaching other HR professionals.

Requirements for this role include a graduate degree from any 4-year course, at least 5 years of related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR, and strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws in the Philippines. Fluency in English and Filipino is also required, as well as excellent human relations and problem-solving skills.

Benefits for this role include a competitive salary of ₱60,000 - ₱65,000 per month, along with additional position allowance upon regularization. The expected start date for this role is 01 July 2024, and working rights are required.
