About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Filinvest Development Corporation. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Organizational Success: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Use employee feedback to develop strategies that improve morale, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
  4. Workforce Planning: Provide guidance on workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  5. Talent Development and Succession Planning: Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and provide recommendations for career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  6. Employee Relations and Compliance: Advise and coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  7. HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights, monitor trends, and inform decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve business performance through strategic HR interventions.
  8. Organizational Development: Partner with the leadership team to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
