Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to stakeholders on human resource-related issues, assessing and anticipating HR needs to formulate partnerships and mutual accountability. Key responsibilities include:
  • Establish and develop strategic relationships with Client stakeholders and other HR Business Partners by understanding business needs and recommending necessary approaches.
  • Identify, understand, and support the business using data-driven studies and recommend systematic approaches or resolutions.
  • Align business sense and acumen of HR personnel to grow all businesses through superior HR services versus traditional HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be an expert in the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role with at least one other HR discipline.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR automation platforms.
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation and managing change initiatives.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience as Field and Specialist.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • At least 3 solid years' experience with Employee/Labor Relations and Organizational Development.
  • Vastly knowledgeable about Labor Law of the Philippines.
