Business Intelligence Analyst (Finance)

Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and performance management. You will be proficient in tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and SQL, and have excellent communication skills to present complex findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting solutions that meet business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or performance management
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficient in PowerBI, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
