About the Role

We Got U, a results-driven digital marketing agency, is looking for aGoogle Ads Specialistto join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

Success in this positionmeans developing high-performing ad campaigns, lowering cost-per-click (CPC), maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and providing clear, actionable performance reports. This role is vital to our agency's success, as it directly supports our mission of helping clients grow through data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Google Ads strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy that drives conversions.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bidding, budgets, and targeting.
  • Set up conversion tracking, analytics tags, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, new features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding optimization, and keyword targeting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
