About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, has strong technical skills, and can effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and consistency.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Perform statistical analyses to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Create clear and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
  • Implement data automation tools and scripts to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
