Our Administrative Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various tasks, including processing accounts payable vouchers and corresponding accounting entries.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Process accounts payable vouchers and its corresponding accounting entries
  • Prepare check payments and check vouchers
  • Monitor daily pre-signed checks
  • Prepare monthly aged accounts payable
  • Process billing statements and its corresponding accounting entries
  • Monitor accounts receivable
  • Monitor and follow up on collections
  • Prepare daily cash position

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related course
  • At least 6 months to 2 years' experience in accounting
  • Preferably female applicant
  • Experience in accounting systems is a plus
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, Mondays to Saturdays
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
