Customer Experience Quality Lead

The Customer Experience Quality Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. This involves defining Sutherland's reputation, strengthening relationships, keeping management updated, and impacting the bottom line.

Requirements- Hands-on experience with Linux, Networking, Wireshark analysis, SSL Certificates, and Active Directory knowledge.
