About the Role

The Customer Experience Quality Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. This involves defining Sutherland's reputation, strengthening relationships, keeping management updated, and impacting the bottom line.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members.
  • Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports.

Key Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical skills.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Networking, Wireshark analysis, SSL Certificates, and Active Directory knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Windows, software installation, registry editor, and Windows Management Instrumentation.
