Job Description:
  • Meet customer needs and exceed expectations by proactively seeking solutions to problems and notifying management when concerns arise.
  • Maintain the highest customer service experience rating by ensuring consistent quality of service.
  • Proactively educate customers regarding basic guides and features of our HMS devices.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Hotel & Restaurant, or Tourism.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service roles, preferably in Hotel & Restaurant, and Tourism industries.
  • Experience in Telco Industry or other Service Centers is highly desirable.
