Talent Identification Specialist Job Description

The Talent Identification Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of search methods to identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements for the role.
  • Recruitment Tracking: Maintain accurate records of applicant flow using recruitment tracking systems.
  • Candidate Generation Techniques: Implement and execute strategies to generate high-quality candidate pipelines, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including night shifts.
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
