Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.

  • Utilize data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Employer Branding

Develop and execute employer branding campaigns aligned with company values and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).

  • Manage the organization's presence on career platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.
