Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated technical support specialist who possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to join our team.

As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a project-based opportunity only.

Salary: Php 18,000 + Php 6,000 KPI

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and effective manner
  • Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware
  • Maintaining product knowledge and expertise to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 1 year of technical support experience
  • Open to flexible or shifting schedules to support our clients
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the clients they will be supporting
  • A creative thinker to develop new ideas and solutions that would help improve processes/workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic technical support background
  • Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
  • A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn
  • Empathetic to customers
  • Calm under pressure
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision
