Job Description\

As a seasoned professional in workforce transformation, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience.

\

The role involves leveraging expertise in organization design, workforce planning, leadership and culture assessment to deliver high-impact projects for global clients in collaboration with various parts of the organization and other firms.

\

Key responsibilities include driving effective client communication, building strong relations with clients and project counterparts across global locations, and supporting the development of thought leadership and collateral to enhance the practice's capabilities.

\

Additionally, you will perform a counseling and coaching role, defining and setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring continuous learning and development of the team.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

\
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in organization design and restructuring, workforce planning, talent management, culture and leadership assessments.\
  • Experience in managing a team of 2-4 individuals, providing advice and guidance on client projects in areas of subject matter expertise.\
  • Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects.\
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise, challenge and influence clients.

Ideally, you will also have experience in consulting for global organizations, across industry in areas such as workforce planning and restructuring, talent management, leadership and culture assessment.
