
Business Growth Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements, tailoring pricing structures and deals to meet their needs.
- Acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and utilizing various digital platforms.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and submit them in a timely manner.
- Utilize CRM software to its full potential, reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
