Business Development Director

About the Role:

This senior leadership position oversees a team of account managers responsible for managing US client accounts. The role focuses on customer success, renewals, and growth in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support a team of account managers managing US clients with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  2. Drive customer success, renewals, and growth sales key functions.
  3. Lead and develop a team of senior/account managers to meet performance targets, customer satisfaction goals, and growth objectives.
  4. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting.
  5. Execute all required customer success motions and ensure data recorded in CRM is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Remove internal and external roadblocks and help the team resolve complex challenges in support of sales opportunities.
  7. Prepare and conduct regular business reviews with executive stakeholders.
  8. Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience handling a team of account managers.
  • Business-to-Business environment expertise is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of success with a passion for exceptional customer experience.
  • Advanced people management, leadership, and coaching skills are necessary.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience is required.
  • Amenable to working in a hybrid work environment.
