About the Role

As a Key Account Manager at Dion, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, driving client success, retention, and account growth through strategic engagement and tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals while contributing to Dion's growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Understand client's business challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Philippine Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years in account management, preferably within e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Salary and Benefits
