We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Makati City. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our management team and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Management/Accounting or a related field, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with SAP/SOA or other related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management/Accounting or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or General Accounting
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills

- Competitive salary range: ₱18,000 - ₱22,000 per month
