Reporting and Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reporting and Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality reports, maintaining our data warehouse, and building automated solutions for various HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver reports on time and collaborate with HR stakeholders for new report requests or changes in requirements
  • Perform routine quality checks on reports produced and resolve any issues found with data or production process (escalate to manager when necessary)
  • Partner with IT in developing and maintaining our HR reporting data warehouse
  • Assist in creating automated solutions for HR processes using state-of-the-art tools
  • Integrate new technologies into HR, such as Robotic Process Automation and AI
  • Ensure compliance with company policies around data privacy, security, and retention
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics)
  • 5+ years of experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms
  • Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or using SQL is required
  • Reporting experience from HR systems (Success Factors) or Power BI is an advantage
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders in HR
  • Self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and strong attention to detail
