Are you passionate about pushing boundaries and driving growth? As a sales development representative, you'll play a vital role in reimagining how Consumer Packaged Goods companies think about talent access.

  • Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls
  • Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for our services
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders
  • Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers
  • Update CRM with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
  • Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
  • Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with candidate tracking systems
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in staffing or consulting
  • Bilingual
  • At least 3 years at the same company
