Key Responsibilities:- Design & Execute Growth Roadmap – Develop a marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue goals.
- Lead & Inspire – Mentor a team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
- Brand Positioning – Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate in the market.
- Demand Generation – Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
- Pipeline Alignment – Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Customer Advocacy – Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
- Data & ROI – Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through data-driven decision making.
- Agility – Lead ad hoc initiatives to support evolving business priorities.
