Key Responsibilities:
  1. calendar Management: Utilize exceptional organizational skills to manage the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary materials in advance.
  2. Communication and Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and accuracy.
  3. Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and providing timely updates to the Chairman.
  4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and relevant economic data to inform decision-making, summarizing key findings and presenting recommendations to the Chairman.
  5. Operational Oversight: Oversee office operations, manage budgets, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure the Chairman's office runs efficiently.
  6. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate board meetings and other important gatherings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; academic excellence is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
