Job Overview

The Help Desk Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers with Incident Management Services.

This role requires the ability to monitor customer ATM/ABM networks across multiple time zones, handle high volumes of customer calls, and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include generating daily and weekly incident reports, reviewing incident history, and determining alert priority based on documented processes and guidelines.

Additional duties include using tools to remotely access customer equipment, documenting and verifying incident records, and escalating customer problems as required.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Automated Banking Machines (ATM/ABM) and Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support and/or Helpdesk environment
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Self-driven and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills
