Marketing Visionary

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and execute our cross-channel marketing initiatives from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set measurable KPIs, track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise ROI.
  • Present compelling ideas and plans confidently to stakeholders.
  • Be prepared to mentor additional marketing hires as the business scales.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
  • Design and implement high-performing lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels.
  • Optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel.
Content Creation & Management
  • Lead the ideation and creation of engaging content including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
  • Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives for visual and written content production as needed.
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to gather and interpret data.
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.

For this leadership position, we are seeking an individual with at least 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior leadership role. Your portfolio or case studies should showcase tangible results you've delivered, and your confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team in the future as part of your career growth.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. You will need to be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours, disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, and reflect this engagement on your LinkedIn profile.
