Product Visionary

The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in spearheading product development from inception to completion. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, they ensure that the product aligns with the organization's strategic objectives, drives innovation, and delivers success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning product strategy with overall business goals through collaborative efforts with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Leveraging customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and areas for improvement.
  • Presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Defining product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on evolving requirements.
  • Designing and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Embracing agile principles and methodologies to continuously improve the product delivery process.
  • Mentoring and coaching other product owners and team members to enhance their product management skills.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or as a product manager.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks, and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
