We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Digital Operations Leader to oversee the delivery and quality of digital assets. This role involves analyzing team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with leadership to remove roadblocks and keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement in delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for removing obstacles and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Review and refine the output of QA, design, and web support teams to ensure high-quality client websites and digital assets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, with a focus on delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
