Senior Digital Designer

About the Role

This senior position involves developing and designing digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of a business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality assets across organic/paid social, CRM, and display channels, both static and video placements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop consistent and effective digital marketing assets to engage target audiences.
  • Create compelling digital storyboards and animations as needed.
  • Execute adaptations across various digital marketing assets with ease.
  • Manage workflow priorities and deliver projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure quality digital design work.
  • Guard brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects, maintaining cohesive digital design across touchpoints.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage idea exploration.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to raise digital creativity standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and digital design trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating credible digital design expertise.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong skills in typography, design systems, and visual storytelling.
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Efficient organization and prioritization under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking and creative instincts with a willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
