About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven strategies and compelling content that showcases our value proposition and industry expertise.

You will manage personal and business profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, publishing strategic posts daily to build thought leadership and brand awareness.

In addition, you will implement campaigns with measurable ROI and lead conversion rates, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, and refine messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and generate qualified leads
  • Create compelling content that showcases our value proposition and industry expertise
  • Manage personal and business social media profiles to build thought leadership and brand awareness
  • Implement data-driven campaigns with measurable ROI and lead conversion rates
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine messaging strategies
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing with measurable results
  • Australian Market Knowledge: Direct experience working with Australian companies and understanding of local business culture and practices
  • AI/Automation Understanding: Solid grasp of AI business automation solutions and their applications across various industries
  • Proven ROI: Track record of delivering measurable marketing ROI with specific examples and metrics
