Job Description
In our quest for digital excellence, we seek a visionary professional to oversee and enhance our online presence. This role blends technical acumen with creative flair, focusing on blog management, website performance, and user experience. If you are proficient in WordPress, comfortable with backend and frontend development, and possess an eye for design, this could be your ideal opportunity.

We are looking for someone who can manage and maintain our Inviso and Inviso Marketing websites, ensuring they function seamlessly, perform optimally, and remain secure.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
• Website management: Owning and maintaining the Inviso and Inviso Marketing websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
• SEO & discoverability: Implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Content publishing: Managing and coordinating timely posting of content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
• Accessibility compliance: Ensuring websites meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), conducting audits and implementing improvements.
• Reporting & insights: Providing regular reporting on website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
• 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms WordPress and Elementor, SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and hosting platforms (e.g., SiteGround).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring thoughtful and effective solutions.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
