Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation & Engagement
    • Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation, promoting IT literacy and collaboration across departments.
    • Build strategic partnerships to enhance our tech initiatives and drive growth.
  • Product Development
    • Lead UX/UI strategy across platforms, integrating research, design, and usability to create engaging customer experiences.
    • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Architecture & Engineering
    • Guide enterprise architecture for scalable, sustainable solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
    • Mentor technical teams, promoting best practices in development and integration.
  • Cybersecurity
    • Oversee security architecture, risk management, and incident response, protecting our digital assets and reputation.
    • Lead secure software design and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
    • Lead cyber risk assessments and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    • Develop and implement data security strategies, protecting sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years in senior technology leadership, preferably as a CTO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies, with a strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy, with expertise in software engineering and digital transformation.
  • A deep understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
