We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to drive business growth and manage client accounts in the outsourcing industry. This is a remote work opportunity for a proactive individual with a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in outsourcing services, leveraging industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in outsourcing models and services.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Outsourcing Knowledge: Strong understanding of outsourcing models and services, including their application and benefits.
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to leverage these platforms to drive business growth.
