Our ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative growth strategies, optimizing content for increased engagement, subscribers, and reach on YouTube, while implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance search rankings across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube growth plans, including content optimization, audience engagement, and analytics-driven insights.
  • Enhance video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to boost searchability and viewer retention, leveraging expert knowledge of YouTube algorithms and trends.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify trends and create data-driven SEO strategies that align with our digital marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics and SEO performance metrics, providing actionable reports and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest YouTube and SEO algorithm changes and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with the content creation and marketing teams to synchronize video and web content with our overarching digital strategies, fostering a seamless online experience.
  • Oversee SEO efforts for our company websites, blogs, and other online assets to maximize visibility and online presence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing successful YouTube channels with tangible results.
  • Proven skills in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, ensuring our online presence is robust and engaging.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar, to efficiently track and analyze performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms and trends, as well as SEO algorithms and best practices, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

  • Video editing skills and familiarity with popular editing software.
  • Experience with paid YouTube campaigns and PPC strategies to expand our online reach.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and other digital marketing channels to foster a cohesive online presence.
