Position Summary:

The Expansion Manager will be the cornerstone of our sales efforts in the Philippines, tasked with building our presence from the ground up in this new market. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of the local business landscape. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and crafting strategies to secure our market position. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales operations in the Philippines and drive significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Philippine market, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Philippines, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the global team to leverage support in marketing, sales content creation, and product development.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the tech or consumer insights industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Philippine business environment, with an established network and the ability to navigate local market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Independent and proactive work style, with the drive to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision.
