Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:Team leads for development, implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans for the organization.Team leads for national sales, marketing and branches operations. Team leads for development of different sales channel.Team leads for Loan Consultants recruitment, development and retention program. Team leads for product innovation and policies.Spearhead expansion and market opportunities. Spearhead people development and training program. Spearhead promotional plans and implementation.Spearhead marketing events and activities. Performs other related duties as required.Responsible to bring growth to the company in terms of Sales and create a brand for the companyHandle and Monitor Branch Managers, supporting them to expand its catered market.JOB QUALIFICATION:Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or any related coursePostgraduate degree holder of Leadership & Management Development Program (LMDP)With at least two (2) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or Supervisory capacityShould have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
