JOB DESCRIPTION



About the role


. You'll provide inbound and outbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat.


. You'll deliver exceptional service to our customers and Housekeepers.


. You'll deal with a wide range of issues: from ensuring that every cleaning goes ahead without a problem to helping us manage the relationship with our Housekeepers. It's fun, engaging, and varied.


. No two problems are the same. So, you'll take full ownership of issues and will be empowered to fix every issue, the first time, every time.


. You'll work fast and effectively to ensure we respond to customers' and Housekeeper's inquiries quickly.


Qualifications:

The Candidate


. Background


You'll be educated to a degree level (CV screening)


You'll have 5+ years of experience in customer service (CV screening)


You're looking to build a long-term career with Housekeep so, we love candidates with a stable job history

(CV screening)


You'll have experience working with email, chat, and phone (CV screening + written)


It's a plus to have experience working with UK customers. Also, the experience working for a marketplace

service is a plus (CV screening)


You'll be tech-savvy and experience working with Zendesk is a plus (Practical exercise)


. Customer Service skills


You'll have exceptional customer service skills and be passionate about delivering amazing experiences

(written exercise + practical exercise)


Your communication skills, both in written and spoken English, will be exceptional (written + verbal eg a role play plus interview)


And you'll be able to demonstrate great judgment and practical problem-solving skills (practical)
