JOB SUMMARY

The Training Manager, will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing talent within our customer service team. The focus will be on designing and facilitating tailored training programs, equipping representatives with the skills needed to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the Training Manager will actively support the implementation of customer experience (CX) strategies by translating insights from customer feedback, monitoring service quality, and driving improvements in CSAT, CES, and NPS scores.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Training Program Delivery:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs tailored to empower representatives
  • Collaborate with trainers, team leads, and managers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods

Quality Assurance and Monitoring:

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance guidelines and standards for customer interactions (calls, chats, emails). Ensure that representatives adhere to protocols, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Regularly monitor customer interactions to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Collaboration for Productivity Enhancement:

  • Work closely with team leads and managers to identify productivity gaps; collaborate on targeted training interventions to address these gaps
  • Participate in root cause analysis for customer escalations, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Driving Customer Experience Excellence:

  • Translate insights from customer feedback into actionable improvement; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
  • Propose process enhancements aligned with customer-centric goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience focusing on Customer Service Training and Quality Assurance
  • Experience in customer experience and real estate is a plus
  • Proficient in computer applications and has solid understanding of training principles
  • Values continuous learning, collaboration, humility and creativity
  • Exhibits strong relationship-building abilities.
