Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • Proficient in HR info systems, R.A.C.I., and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in hiring, performance management, retention, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Strong communication and classification skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and policy development.
  • Ability to evaluate KPIs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Legal compliance and understanding of government regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills in strategic planning, talent management, compensation, employee relations, training, and organizational development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Familiarity with succession planning and labor relations.
