You Responsibilities Include:
Administration and Documentation
Assist in organizing and maintaining HR and Admin files and documents.
Assist in coordinating interview schedules and communicating with applicants.
• Support any ad hoc projects as required by the immediate supervisor.
Company Events:
Participate in organizing company events and activities.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Qualifications:
Graduating students of relevant degree like Business Administration major in Human Resource.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the team.
