The HR Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions within the Human Resources department of the branch.

This role involves managing a team of HR specialists and coordinating various HR activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision and Development:
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the HR team.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team, perform performance evaluations, and offer constructive feedback.
  • Administrative Functions Management:
  • Oversee and manage key HR administrative functions including but not limited to:
    Recruitment and hiring
    Onboarding
    Compensation and benefits
    Records management
    Labor compliance
  • Employee relations, specifically grievance and discipline management
  • Ensure compliance of HR activities with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the employee, from hiring to exit.
  • Policy and Program Communication:
  • Ensure that employees understand the HR policies and programs
  • Departmental Improvement and Coordination:
  • Identify and implement improvements within the department.
  • Coordinate and implement HR plans and programs for all branch employees.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to address any employee-related concerns.
  • Project Participation:
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Knowledge and Experience Required (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Educational Attainment:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in various facets of HR administration and team management.
Skills Requirement:
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software systems.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
