Overview:
The Recruitment Associate supports the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment activities to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Recruitment Associate also assists in maintaining applicant databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, and may handle other HR-related tasks when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on client and internal requirements.
• Identify and utilize effective recruitment channels to maintain a strong and qualified talent pool.
• Maintain and update the applicant database to ensure accurate and accessible candidate information.
• Coordinate interview schedules, recruitment documentation, and provide timely updates to candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act in handling candidate and employee information.
• Support relationship-building efforts with clients and applicants to provide a positive recruitment experience.
• Assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide support to the HR team in delivering other HR services, when necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in an agency or executive search environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse candidates and clients.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
