eClerx Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Talent Acquisition Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Entry-Level Analyst to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our hiring process by conducting initial interviews, assessing candidate fit, and supporting our talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles. Maintain accurate and organized records of interview notes and candidate information. Assist in coordinating interview schedules and follow-up communications. Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally. Identify and elevate promising candidates for further evaluation by the hiring team. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess candidate potential. Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience Recruitment is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
