You will work collaboratively with Data Analysis Leads, Tech teams and other Stakeholders as needed on tasks using a range of data sources and analytic tools to support critical business initiatives. You will partner with Operations Managers and leaders to track key metrics and support day-to-day management of business needs. You will manage and monitor processes to ensure they are followed correctly and contribute to ongoing process refinement.Responsibilities of this role may include:* Create new report/dashboards as well as deploying enhancements to existing reports/dashboards* Create basic data scripts* Assist with data ecosystem and infrastructure enhancements* Perform and administrate release management* Manage reports and dashboards for Leaders/Stakeholders to track key metrics and support day to day management of the business* Modify data scripts necessitated by changes in upstream/downstream environments* Run and manage existing data production jobs while providing quality oversight on timely and accurate delivery* Contribute towards User Acceptance Testing for new data sources* Run the data product Governance process for the team* Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups such as the Risk office, BRO and management; make final recommendations for approval on changes.* Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.* Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.Basic Qualifications:* At least 1 year experience in SQL programming and Visualization* At least 1 year of experience in Process management or Project management* Bachelor's Degree* Willing to work in a night shift schedule for the first 90 days and mid shift onwards* Willing to work onsite for the first 90 days and work at home onwards* Willing to work in AlabangPreferred Qualifications:* 2+ years of experience in SQL programming, Visualization, or SQL* 2+ years of experience in Process management or Project managementNo agencies please.
