- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and target new customers and market segments to expand the customer base.
- Account Management: Manage relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting: Estimate sales volumes and revenue projections to help with production planning and inventory management.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals, providing training and coaching, and monitoring performance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's food products and their features to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Collateral: Develop and utilize sales materials, presentations, and product documentation to support the sales process.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, helping them make informed decisions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, and develop strategies for optimizing conversion rates.
