Recruitment

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.

  • Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and manage the application process.

  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.

  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting to attract qualified candidates.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including facilitating orientation and completing necessary paperwork.

  • Maintain recruitment data and reporting to track progress and optimize recruitment strategies.

Training

  • Assist in the development, organization, and execution of training programs for hotel staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps.

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue setup.

  • Facilitate or arrange training programs on customer service, hotel operations, compliance, and other relevant topics.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards in all training activities.

General HR Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and events.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices when handling sensitive employee information.
