The right candidate will:
- Facilitate an effective employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Payroll and Benefits Administration with strict adherence to regulatory compliance, reporting and up to date record management
- Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Consistently develop and maintain HR related documentations, policies, procedures, position descriptions, contracts and other HR related assets
- Deliver programs, activities and events to maximise employee retention
- Facilitate 201 compliance
- Source candidates through various channels and perform basic recruitment tasks such as initial screening and endorsement of qualified applicants.
- Develop and implement a succession plan that aligns with the organization's long-term objectives and key talent gaps by educating and training high-potential second-in-command employee/s
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum experience of 3 years or more in all HR facets or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of relevant HR laws and regulations
- Strong skills and experience in compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and engagement
- Proficient in HR software, Sharepoint and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with suppliers, internal customers and coworkers; fully observe Benchmark365's Code of Conduct, and Employee Handbook policies
