Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR expert to work collaboratively with a talented group of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Employee Relations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters involving employee lifecycle inquiries, including onboarding, offboarding, lateral transfers, and other employee movements;
    • Provide comprehensive support for compensation and benefits, basic health and wellness policies, and other critical HR processes, ensuring timely resolution of concerns;
    • Liaise with employees and management to address concerns and provide support as needed;
    • Conduct regular meetings with program leaders and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment, compliance, and data-driven decision-making;
    • Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with program leaders to develop initiatives that increase employee engagement and productivity;
    • Work closely with the HR Center of Excellence (COE) to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results;
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations and coordination;
    • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and facilitating dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions;
    • Develop and implement engaging new employee orientation programs, including focus groups, crash courses, and other learning discussions;
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and people partner, ensuring a positive employee experience that drives commitment, compliance, engagement, and productivity;
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational goals and support the development of human resources projects and initiatives;
    • Ensure seamless employee offboarding experiences, gathering necessary data and preparing reports as required;
    • Perform other tasks and duties assigned by senior leadership, managers, or officers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Employee Relations, preferably in a BPO setting;
  • Strong analytical skills, data management, and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent field.

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong facilitation and training skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude;
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to conflict resolution;
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
