About the Role

Responsible for the development and management of assigned agencies, focusing on advisor productivity, agency expansion, and leader development.

  • Assist DOA to drive and execute strategies and initiatives set by the company.
  • Business Development: Champion agency productivity, growth, and progression to bionic/hybrid agency models.
  • Manpower Development: Promote advisor and leader career paths (EADP, Next Gen Leader), oversee recruitment strategies, and plan long-term manpower and leader development for the sector.
  • Agency Management: Manage communication and relationships with agencies, oversee sector operations, conduct regular business reviews with agency leaders, and influence the use of digital platforms.
