
Sales and Business Development Officer

Job Description:
- Onboard new clients
- Field work (visiting clients' location)
- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Achieve sales and business development objectives of the company's growth strategy.
- Identify opportunities and develop and execute initiatives to grow the client base.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely growth KPI reports and projections and give senior management written and verbal presentations.
- Leverage data generated to identify opportunities across the entire sales cycle and for inclusion in reporting metrics.
Qualification:
- Preferable with at least 1 year of experience as similar role.
- Hands-on experience with business development especially in the IT industry
- Has experience in onboarding new clients and closing deals
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Excellent oral/written skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solver.
- Amenable to report 3 days onsite in Alabang.
- Willing to do field work
