- With at least 3 years of professional experience in Biosafety
- Was employed as a biosafety consultant / laboratory / hospital with Biosafety Level 2 or 3
- Certificate of involvement as Biosafety Consultant issued by the Procuring entity
- Certificate of completion and/ or Acceptance of the BSL 2 or 3 facility
- Shall render full time services for the Project until its completion and turn over, as required by the contract
