Responsible for creating and implementing a year-long 360 communication plans for the brand assigned, liaising with management about marketing related issues and at the same time cultivating a positive working relation to them.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Translates and trains their team on the company's strategic objectives within product.
  • Achieve sales, revenue and profit targets
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they're successful
  • Communicates various goals and coaches accordingly for the attainment of weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work experience 3-5 years of deep expertise in retail sales, product merchandising, store operations and talent development.
  • Experienced in handling account dealers, MANAGING OPERATIONS  in SM department stores, and working in RETAIL, SPORTS  FOOTWEAR AND APPAREL
  • Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovative
  • Process good time management skills
  • Amenable to work beyond working hours
  • Amenable to travel locally and internationally when need arises
  • Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
