Job Summary

A Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and supervising all marketing campaigns. He also supervises people and manages communications with vendors and agencies to implement marketing campaigns. He also monitors the budget that must be aligned with the business plan and ensures expenditures are within the set budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies and successful execution of campaigns for the brand/s;
  • Monitor marketing budget aligned with the business plans and ensures expenditures are within set budget;
  • Create strong media-neutral communication ideas and effective media plan in coordination with concerned departments and advertising/PR agencies, as applicable, and ensures implementation as planned;
  • Keeps abreast with market and industry trends by regularly monitors advertising and promotional efforts of competitors and media partners;
  • Presents post-promotion or event evaluations on its effectiveness including actual expenses and ROI;
  • Coordinates communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets to implements the campaign;
  • Adopts technology to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media across all channels;
  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication need;
  • Conducts and analyzes customer survey results, demographics and feedback data to develop new ideas. marketing strategy and advertising in improving sales;
  • Drives, trains and engages concerned parties to achieve business objectives; Evaluates performance and implements discipline when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role; supervisory experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, both online and offline
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to mentor, motivate, and manage a small team
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines
  • Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Has a sense of urgency and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish
